Successful Mindset
Think Like A Monk by Jay Shetty
I purchased it for twice as much in a California bookstore, so get it here! This was the start of my journey to change my mindset and work on myself. I listen to his podcast every week and his tips after living as a monk for 3 years are some you may have never heard of but need to. I credit the start of my successful mindset to Think Like a Monk.
Becoming by Michelle Obama
It’s easy to put Michelle on a pedestal because she is SO WISE. And real, and giving, and funny. It feels a little long to read but you will adopt her wisdom through this book. It also makes you feel like you’re not alone in tough times because what she endured is likely what you have too.

Don’t be alarmed by the title…this book will be the most influential in your growth of a successful mindset in ANYTHING you do. There is so much to learn, from how to control your thoughts to addressing your fears. You will self-analyze so be prepared! Think and grow rich here.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz
I recommend this book to everyone. Ruiz goes into detail on the four agreements and I give you a summarized post on it here but it has 4 basic rules to follow to lead a fulfilling life. If you use them right, you’ll see the difference.

Therapy
Not all you need to do is read books. You also need someone to keep you accountable for your growing success and your struggling times. Therapy and counseling can be a comfortable, supportive environment to address your worries and find your purpose with a professional. Top recommendations: Better Help, Psychology Today

A magazine edition just for happiness! I did a similar post on the science behind our happiness hormones and there is so much truth to the physical aspect of joy in our bodies. What does that feel like for you? In the post, there are a few examples, but feel free to grab this magazine for data-driven results.

The Little Book of Sloth Philosophy by Jennifer McCartney
A cute little $8 book, I usually keep this in my purse if I have to wait somewhere. It also helps boost my mood with calming advice from sloth world relatable to human world. You’ll love the smile it brings to your face.

How to Go Plastic Free by Caroline Jones
Another handy little book, Jones knows how to simplify and categorize ways to be plastic-free for anyone, but especially busy people. This caters to going zero waste which I 100% approve of! Plus, it’s only $5 on Amazon but it lasts forever with tips for a healthy world.
